Weber Carbs Direct provides free warranty assistance to
our customers for Weber carburetors and related products purchased directly from
us for a period of one year following the original purchase date.
In order to receive warranty assistance, you must provide
us with the conversion kit number or carburetor model and the date and place of
purchase. Warranty support is available Monday - Friday 10 -4 EDT

Weber carburetors have been imported into the U.S. by a
number of firms over past decades. Also, Weber carburetor conversion kits for
specific applications and their related manifolds, adaptors, linkages and other
parts have been manufactured by a wide range of suppliers.
In view of this, we cannot provide warranty or technical
assistance of any kind for Weber products not purchased directly from
us.
Here are some specific examples of issues for which we do
not offer assistance:
1. Repair or rebuilding of Weber
carburetors.
2. Advice or recommendations for applications not covered in
our catalog.
3. Jetting and tuning advice for carburetors or conversion kits
not purchased from us.
4. Questions about non-automotive applications such
as marine and aircraft carburetors.
For assistance with any of the above or related issues,
please contact the appropriate service provider such as a carburetor rebuilder,
an automotive or marine repair shop or a high-performance "speed shop",
etc.
